    UPDATE


         I'm Bringing you an update on the current development of my game and the previous video that not many have seen is now on YouTube :). Currently I have moved on from the features shown in the video and entered development on Harvesting Crops and storing them in different ways. At this moment Harvesting crops into crates is 100% complete and looks great, but I won't be showing anything off until storage is complete.  Storage is in the middle of completion as there is still some things I want to add onto it before it is finished. Those things I want to show the player on the Storage Furniture are for example: Displaying what is in the crate and how much is stored in the crate that is placed on the new Crate Storage Furniture that you just built on your farm.

         I have also started work on the UI of the game, but it is still very much a work in progress as there is much more I need to display to the player for a very user friendly experience. Currently there is a new Tutorial UI Element that displays at the bottom left of the game at all times. This Tutorial stays updated as you do things on the farm to keep you posted on what button does what when it is pressed. I'll be updating this as development continues to fit with the new things added. You will always know how to go about doing things during this game, so no worries there :). 

         As you can see from the thumbnail new Crops were added to the game and many more will be added as I release updates. Why I'm doing these incrementally is because each crop has graphical stages and the math is different for each crop during each stage. My code will automatically do the math to make the phases change correctly, but I will need to manually attach graphics to each phase along with adding each phase change in harvesting (I'll tell you about this next.) While harvesting and inserting crops into a crate (as you will always need a crate to harvest crops) you will be greeted with a dynamically changing crate to show the crop you just harvested and with a simulated amount. What that means is as you harvest each plant, you will see the crops rise in the crate until it is full of crops, pretty neat huh? Yes, this is all tested and is working, but I'm not showing it off until I have storage done, so you'll just have to wait ;).

         Aside from the above, you may have noticed I am re-editing and re-uploading Mod Showcases on my YouTube channel for Project Zomboid. The reason for this is a lot of the modders are either A.) Busy with College or B.) Just burnt out on the game at this time.. Thus leaving not so many mods for me to cover (the ones that I usually do that is.) I do plan to return to Mod Showcases as soon as they start popping up, but they will be at a 1 or 2 per month basis as my Game is now Priority and I think it should be ;). My game has a lot of potential as it has been tested by someone else and they thoroughly enjoyed it, not only that minimal bugs were found so I'm off to a good start :D. This game isn't my first game, but it is one that will be released to the masses for the first time and I'm very excited for that. That said, I have plenty of experience on what a player could do and I always code based on knowing that, but some things could slide by.

         My current plan before releasing to Very Early Access is to make sure it is a Game, by that I mean it functions like a game and can be played like a game. This means a progression system (will be very basic at Very Early Access,) Full Market where you will sell your goods to customers that walk in an physically purchase goods from your cash register (yes I will be making this game as immersive as possible ;D,) and a clean Farming experience for you to enjoy while earning those fat stacks from your harvested goods. Early Access (on Steam) will expand on this with several things including not limited to but up to Animal Husbandry, Good Production (Flour, Oil, Alcohol *If it doesn't effect the rating otherwise it will wait till my next game ;D oh yes this game is just the foundation to future games I have mind, the fun doesn't end here ;D,) Vehicles to Drive, and More! This means, you can expect a fully working game with plenty to do when it hits Early Access on steam along with minimal to no bugs at all, yey! Yes, I am a content creator I am very familiar with games being terribly buggy at EA release and I will make sure that doesn't happen with mine.

I myself am having a blast with the farming this game has at the moment, so I can only imagine what it will be when it all comes together, heh. I really enjoy testing my game and look forward to testing it with the help of another (who also is waiting for the next test phase, heh.)
